Arcanon ("the Service") is an AI-powered deliberation simulation engine that applies the philosophical frameworks of historical sages (Machiavelli, Han Fei, Descartes, Aristotle, Adam Smith, Sun Tzu) to business challenges.
Article 2: Disclaimer of Warranties
The AI-generated outputs (including deliberations and decision frameworks) are simulations of philosophical perspectives. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for resolving specific business challenges. We are not liable for any damages resulting from decisions made based on the Service.
Article 3: Pricing & Subscriptions
Users may choose between Free, Pro, and Business plans. Payments are processed via Stripe. Unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing cycle, subscriptions will automatically renew under the same terms.
Article 4: Prohibited Actions
Users must not attempt prompt injection to extract system prompts, reverse-engineer the LangGraph engine, or use AI outputs for illegal or harmful purposes.
